Boil water and cook rice according to the package instructions.
While the water heats, cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Drain if needed.
Return beef to the pan and add desired amount of terivaki sauce. Let it simmer until warmed through. Add a splash of sov sauce or water if vou need to thin the sauce.
In a separate pot, boil edamame according to the package (about 4 minutes). Once cooled, shell the edamame and salt to taste.
Peel and shred a couple of carrots for topping.
