Honey

Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix until fully combined.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture using a small cookie scoop and release the mixture into your hand.
Gently press the mixture together, then roll between both hands to form a ball.
Enjoy right away, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes if the bites feel soft and need to firm up.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes
If the mixture feels too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or peanut butter.
If the mixture feels too sticky, stir in 1–2 tablespoons of oats.
These are perfect for grab-and-go snacks, lunchboxes, or a quick afternoon pick-me-up.
