30 Minute Teriyaki Beef Bowls

These Teriyaki Beef Bowls are insanely easy, quick, and a total crowd-pleaser. My crew always asks for seconds.

Super Simple 30 Minutes or Less Teriyaki Beef Bowls
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef
- Terivaki sauce
- Shredded carrots
Edamame
- White rice
Spicy Mayo Drizzle
- 1/2 cup mavo
- 1 tbsp
sriracha
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Boil water and cook rice according to the package instructions.
- While the water heats, cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Drain if needed.
- Return beef to the pan and add desired amount of terivaki sauce. Let it simmer until warmed through. Add a splash of sov sauce or water if vou need to thin the sauce.
- In a separate pot, boil edamame according to the package (about 4 minutes). Once cooled, shell the edamame and salt to taste.
- Peel and shred a couple of carrots for topping.
