These Teriyaki Beef Bowls are insanely easy, quick, and a total crowd-pleaser. My crew always asks for seconds.

Teriyaki Beef Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs beef
  • Terivaki sauce
  • Shredded carrots
  • Edamame


  • White rice
Spicy Mayo Drizzle
  • 1/2 cup mavo
  • 1 tbsp

    sriracha


  • 1 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Boil water and cook rice according to the package instructions.
  2. While the water heats, cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Drain if needed.
  3. Return beef to the pan and add desired amount of terivaki sauce. Let it simmer until warmed through. Add a splash of sov sauce or water if vou need to thin the sauce.
  4. In a separate pot, boil edamame according to the package (about 4 minutes). Once cooled, shell the edamame and salt to taste.
  5. Peel and shred a couple of carrots for topping.
